SARASOTA, Fla. -- Left-hander Wei-Yin Chen gave up six runs and 10 hits over 3 2/3 innings in the Orioles' 7-4 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays at Ed Smith Stadium on Wednesday afternoon. Chen gave up two home runs, including a leadoff blast by Rays right fielder Wil Myers two pitches into the game that hit off the batter’s eye in center field. He also allowed a two-run homer to Sean Rodriguez that capped a three-run third inning in which eight Tampa Bay batters came to the plate.
