BOSTON -- Left-handed reliever Zach Britton was the latest victim of the illness bug that’s gone around the clubhouse the past two weeks. Orioles manager Buck Showalter said Britton was sent back to the team hotel before Friday’s game and was unavailable to pitch. Britton received an IV treatment early Friday morning, Showalter said.  That was part of the reason left-hander Brian Matusz, who was the only left-hander available, went 2 2/3 innings in yesterday's 8-4 win at Fenway Park, Showalter said.
