Orioles recap: Early six-run hole proves too deep in loss to Indians

Right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez dug his team into too deep a hole early, and the Orioles were never able to make a game out of their 11-4 loss to the Indians on Saturday night at Progressive Field.

Jimenez lasted just 1 2/3 innings as the Orioles fell behind by six runs after two innings. Jimenez's outing — he allowed six runs, three of them earned, on five hits and three walks — was his shortest in more than three seasons.
