Pic is being produce by Adam Gibs, Michael Kristoff, Annelise Dekker and Roger Joseph Puggliese.

Production will begin next week in Boston.

Besides "Short Term 12," Dever was also recently seen in "The Spectacular Now" and has a big year ahead of her with the Jason Reitman pic "Men Women & Children" and the A24 pic "Laggies."

She is repped by UTA.
