Veteran sales agents Nigel Sinclair and Guy East appear headed for the exit from the powerhouse indie sales and production finance company Exclusive Media.
"Exclusive Media's management is engaged in collaborative discussions with our partners from Dasym Investment Strategies regarding the forward plan for the company. We will make an announcement regarding the outcome of these discussions at the appropriate time," said Sinclair in a statement sent to Variety.
Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult; "Dark Places," starring Charlize Theron and Hoult; Keanu Reeves-Rachel McAdams sci-fi pic "Passengers"; and sequel "The Woman In Black: Angel of Death."
Exclusive was built around Spitfire Pictures, a sales company that Sinclair and East founded. It is principally backed by a Dutch funds group Dasym (formerly Cyrte).
This story was first reported by Deadline Hollywood, which said that the pair may move into a production deal with Exclusive.
Exclusive is also involved in Chinese projects including "Skiptrace," an action adventure pic starring Jackie Chan and Fan Bingbing
