Steven Soderbergh will direct Chloe Grace Moretz in "The Library," a new play by screenwriter Scott Z. Burns that will have its world premiere this spring at Off Broadway's Public Theater.
The play, about a young woman struggling in the aftermath of a tragic school shooting that she survived, marks the latest collaboration between Soderbergh and Burns, who penned the screenplays for Soderbergh pics "Side Effects," "Contagion" and "The Informant!" Burns also co-wrote "The Bourne Ultimatum."
The play is a late addition to the Public's 2013-14 schedule, which also included the much-lauded new musical "Fun Home." Show runs March 25-April 27, with further casting still to be set.
