CBS' 10 p.m. "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" special led the night in the adults 18-49 demo, with an assist from "NCIS" and NCIS: Los Angeles." Fox's "American Country Music Awards" was nothing to sing about, winding up flat versus last year's telecast.

"Chicago Fire" hit 9.3 million viewers, a series record for the sophomore drama, and a 2.2 rating/6 share in adults 18-49, despite the "Victoria's Secret" (3.4/10, 9.7m) competish on CBS.
"Fire" had a good send off from from 9 p.m.'s "The Voice" (3.1/8, 11.2m). At 8 p.m., "NCIS" (2.8/8, 18.8m) set the tone for CBS and as usual was the most-watched program of the night.
ABC's "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" returned after a one-week break to series-low numbers in 18-49 (2.0/6, 5.9m) though the show typically sees strong lift in the Live-plus-3 and Live-plus-7 ratings.
Alphabet comedies "The Goldbergs" (1.7/5, 4.9m) and "Trophy Wife" (1.2/3, 3.5) upticked slightly in the demo from the previous week but still struggled even without comedy competition on Fox.
Fox's country music kudocast delivered 1.4/4 in 18-49 and 5.1 million viewers.
