Sundance Selects, the sister division of IFC Films, has acquired North American rights to "Run & Jump," and will release the film theatrically and on premium VOD platforms in early 2014.
Global Screen, which is handling international sales, is screening the pic to buyers at the AFM.
Maxine Peake, Edward MacLiam, Sharon Horgan and Will Forte, tells the story of energetic wife and mother Vanetia, who is trying to rebuild her life after her husband suffers a personality-changing stroke.
Pic is the feature film debut of director Steph Green, whose short film "New Boy" was nominated for an Academy Award in 2009.
Film made its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in April.
Produced by Samson Films in co-production with Bavaria Pictures, "Run & Jump" was written by Ailbhe Keogan and co-written by Steph Green.
It was financed by the Irish Film Board, Section 481, Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, RTE, Eurimages, FilmFernsehfondsBayern FFF, DeutscherFilmforderfonds DFFF, Senator Film Munchen, Cinepost and Bavaria Film.
