Two Boca Raton attorneys will be speaking Wednesday at the monthly meeting of the Dade Real Estate Investors Association.
Jerron Kelley and Conrad Grant, of Kelley & Grant, will address recent changes to Florida’s landlord-tenant law and how to remove squatters from newly purchased properties. The attorneys will be available to answer questions at the end of their presentation.
The meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. at Miami Shores Country Club, 10000 Biscayne Boulevard. The fee is $10 for those attending their first club meeting. Call 305-795-2366, or visit dreia.org for more information.
