Officers and Animal Services responded to the home on Castille Drive on Thursday, and found at least 75 small dogs and large amounts of feces in the house.
Nobody let the dogs out!
Altamonte Springs cops said they found at least 75 small dogs and large amounts of feces in the house they will now be forced to condemn because of it's deplorable condition, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
The homeowner, who is blind, called called authorities to surrender his dogs after his caretaker recently died, according to the report.
The homeowner had been living in his garage, authorities said.
