Orlando cops say Lawrence Labonte, 51, committed a foul act: He is accused of deliberately allowing his dog to attack one of the iconic swans at Lake Eola Park, valued at $500, which later had to be euthanized, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
A witness who took pictures of the incident reportedly came forward who reported that Labonte released his dachshund from its leash to attack the male white swan.
