Deirdre Reneat Grant, 40, of Miami, left a Target store in Davie with about $373 in stolen goods but she forgot one thing: Her 6-year-old daughter, reports the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

A Target employee told Davie police he saw the woman place items into Target bags before walking by the cash register area "without any attempt to pay," the arrest report shows.

Security cameras show that the woman left the girl alone near the pet aisle in the back of the store, police said.
