Around midnight on June 20, Martin County Sheriff Office deputies were called to a Palm City apartment where music was blasting and obscenities could be heard, reports Will Greenlee in his Off the Beat blog for TCPalm.com.
Taylor Matthew Harrison walked outside and asked why the deputy was there. The deputy suggested Harrison "call it a night," but the Harrison kept returning to the parking lot and running around, gesturing in the light of the deputy's spotlight.
But the deputy spotted Harrison with his boxers around his ankles after shining a flashlight into an apartment.
And he was still tripping the light fantastic.
"He gyrated like he was performing an exotic dance," the affidavit states.
