Sarah I. "Sally" Sullivan, former development officer for the Madeira School in McLean, Va., who earlier had been a financial consultant and a lawyer, died Monday at her Lutherville home of complications from breast cancer. She was 68. The daughter of Rogers Hiss Israel, former president of the old Loyola Savings and Loan, and Virginia Holland Israel, a schoolteacher, Sarah Rogers Israel was born and raised in Laurel.
