3 parts ABSOLUT®BERRI ACAI 2 parts Orange Liqueur 1 part Aperol – (Italian aperitif) 2 parts Guava Yuzu Puree Splash of Pomegranate Grenadine Splash of Guarana Soda Top with Pineapple Foam Garnish with Starfruit
Combine all ingredients, except pomegranate grenadine and Guarana soda, into a shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with Guarana soda and float pomegranate grenadine on top. Garnish with pineapple foam and star fruit.
