    President Barack Obama plans to spend part of his 100th day in office in Missouri, spokesmen for two St. Louis-area Democratic congressmen confirmed Tuesday.  Obama will come to Jefferson County on April 29 as one of several stops on his 100th day as president, according to Steve Engelhardt, a spokesman for U.S. Rep. William Lacy Clay. Jim Hubbard, a spokesman for U.S. Rep. Russ Carnahan, also confirmed that Obama will visit Jefferson County, which is part of Carnahan's district. Neither official knew details of Obama's other plans for the day.
