Republican Dan Bongino, the former Secret Service agent running in Maryland's 6th Congressional District, raised more than $530,000 since July, significantly exceeding his past fundraising and nearly matching the incumbent's haul, campaign finance reports filed with the Federal Election Commission show. Bongino is running an uphill campaign against Democratic Rep. John Delaney, a first-term lawmaker who beat incumbent Republican Roscoe G. Bartlett in 2012 after the state's 2011 redistricting.
