Who lied? Seeing as how Iraq USED WMD's on their own people, how could anyone say they did not possess them?
The Boston Marathon terrorist was charged with waht crime? Use of WMD's in his bombing. If a pressure cooker bomb is considered a WMD under the law, surely Iraq was in possession of WMD's under the same law definition.
