Gov. Martin O'Malley, who is considering a run for president in 2016, will swing through three Midwestern states this weekend -- including Iowa -- the latest stops on a campaign itinerary that has grown more intense ahead of the November midterm elections. O'Malley, a Democrat, will campaign on Sunday in Iowa City for Jack Hatch, a state lawmaker running an uphill race for governor against incumbent Republican Terry Branstad. The governor has already traveled to Iowa -- the first-in-the-nation presidential nominating state -- twice this summer.
