Dold: Bipartisan reforms to health law needed

An Illinois Republican says President Barack Obama's health care law still needs to be fixed to keep health care costs down. U.S. Rep. Bob Dold of Illinois' 10th District reiterated his stance Thursday that it's time to stop talking about the law's flaws and start talking about fixing them.
