Corrogan R. Vaughn, a Republican from Baltimore and congressional candidate, has died. He was 51.
Vaughn was the Republican nominee for Maryland’s 7th Congressional District in 2016 and 2014, according to the State Board of Elections website. However, he was defeated by incumbent Democrat Elijah Cummings in 2016. He also ran for Senate in 2012, losing to Dan Bongino in the Republican primary.
