Rally for the Cure raises $1,255

The rally is an arm of Susan G. Komen for the Cure whose mission is to fulfill the promise Nancy G. Brinker made to her dying sister, Susan G. Komen to do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever.
The 18 hole winner of the Rally's closest to the pin contest, on hole number 5, was Barbara Steele of Charlevoix.
The 9 hole winner of the Rally's closest to the pin contest, on hole number 13, was Moon Price of Eastport.
The longest putt winner on hole # 11 was Diana Hein of Eastport who sunk a 12-foot putt.
Chip-ins were made by Joyce Herbert and Audrey Trimble of Charlevoix and Kathy Martincheck of Petoskey
The rally organizers thanked the volunteers, the people who helped set up, Tim Kovosko, general manager of Antrim Dells for hosting this year, Friske's, Royal Farms, Oleson's, Charlevoix Municipal Golf Course, Charlevoix Country Club and all others who provided gifts and sponsorship to the event.
