This one is not an April Fools' Day joke.

UCF revealed that the Knights baseball team will wear "throwback" FTU Citronauts jerseys for their May 10 game against Presbyterian.

The Citronaut was the original mascot for the university when it was known as Florida Technological University. The mascot was introduced on the 1968-69 student handbook, but lasted just one year before it was replaced. The Knights became the official nickname in 1970.

The throwback uniforms come one day after the university pranked fans with "C. Florida" football uniforms

UCF baseball has won nine straight games entering a weekend series against rival USF.
