Looking ahead to the need for boosting traffic when the summer-vacation season winds down, Orlando’s big theme parks are all working the same gimmick: free dining.

Walt Disney World, which has made a free-dining discount an annual tradition, is again offering free Disney Dining Plans, though only if travelers book non-discounted, five-night, six-day packages in its on-property hotels.

Universal Orlando has an offer of two days of free dining included in four-night vacation packages at select hotels.

And SeaWorld Orlando is offering some free All-Day Dining plans, typically valued at $32.99 a person, with the purchase of full-price tickets.
