Reality TV stars from such shows as "Survivor," "The Amazing Race" and "Big Brother" will spend this weekend raising money for the Kissimmee-based charity Give Kids the World. And they'll be stopping by the dream vacation village Friday night to meet with the kids and their families.

The "Hearts of Reality" event will bring in nearly 140 former reality TV cast members to meet and sign autographs for both VIP guests and the public at Celebration on Friday night and Saturday. A $20 donation to Give Kids The World gets you into the Bohemian Hotel in downtown Celebration Saturday afternoon from 3 to 6 for photos and autographs with the stars, plus a commemorative autograph booklet.

On Saturday Night, a $30 donation to Give Kids the World gets you into a "Land Lovers Luau" with the stars at Celebration Town Tavern, including finger food, and Survivor-themed karaoke. Tickets are available at the door.

Before those public appearances, the celebrities will mingle with guests at the charity, which provides week-long "dream vacations" for kids with life-threatening illnesses and their families. We can only hope organizers keep Richard Hatch from frightening any of the sick children...
