Tony Stevens will be getting passes thrown to him by Johnny Football.
Stevens had committed to FSU last March during a Seminoles junior Day, the same day teammate Ro'Derrick Hoskins committed to the Seminoles.
When asked if quarterback Johnny Manziel was the reason why he was headed to A&M, Stevens said, "Not really, I just liked it when I went on my visit there. Stevens committed during the live national NBC broadcast of the Army Bowl.
Stevens, the No. 5-ranked player in the Sentinel's 2013 Central Florida Super60, is one of five NCAA FBS commitments off the 2012 Evans football team, which was the Class 7A, District 4 champions in each of the past two seasons. Hoskins, a linebacker, remains committed to FSU, while WR Dominic Walker committed to Nebraska at last week's Offense-Defense All-American Game, where Hoskins also participated.
Also going to FBS schools from Evans are RB Brandon English, who is committed to Bowling Green, and CB James 'J.J.' Julius, who is headed to Pittsburgh.
