NBC has given "The Office" more time to say goodbye.

The series finale will run an extra 15 minutes. It will air from 9 to 10:15 p.m. Thursday, May 16. The extension will push back the start of the drama "Hannibal."

NBC also provided this preview of the finale: "Months after the airing of the documentary, the workers of Dunder Mifflin, past and present, gather for a wedding and a final round of interviews. Mysteries are solved, hatchets are buried, pranks are prunked."

The guest stars include Mindy Kaling, BJ Novak, Rachael Harris, Dakota Johnson, Joan Cusack, Ed Begley Jr., Malcolm Barrett, Matt Jones, Andy Buckley and Mike Schur.

NBC is giving "The Office" a big sendoff. NBC News has produced a one-hour "Office" retrospective that will air at 8 p.m. May 16.That program features executive producers Greg Daniels, Paul Lieberstein and Ben Silverman. The interviewed actors include John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson, Ed Helms, Angela Kinsey, Craig Robinson, Oscar Nunez, Kaling and Novak.
