If you're a fan of restaurateur Kevin Dundon, you can follow him on public television.

"Kevin Dundon's Modern Irish Food" debuts at 2 p.m. Saturday on WUCF-Channel 24.

You may have dined at Dundon's Raglan Road Irish Gastropub at Downtown Disney.

The series is filmed at Dundon's restaurant in Ireland, and it will be shown on public television stations across the country.

In a release, Dundon outlines his hopes for the series: "Ireland produces some of the best food in the world, and you know what? It's really only the last few years that we've started to realize it. From our beautiful beef to the fantastic bounty that lies off our coast, we are surrounded by good food. I want to bring all these ingredients together and celebrate our amazing natural resources for a whole new generation."

In the nine, 30-minutes episodes, host Dundon looks at the history of Irish cuisine, highlights traditional elements of country house cooking and examines how recipes have been updated through the gourmet style.
