Officials are continuing to investigate and have not determined whose remains were found.
"The Medical Examiner has returned some preliminary information as feedback and the remains they examined yesterday can be definitively ruled out as the remains of Tracy Ocasio," said Orange County Sheriff's Capt. Angelo Nieves.
The remains were found at 11:15 a.m. Friday in the 8300 block of Hackney-Prairie Road.
Additional skeletal remains Saturday morning, Nieves said.
On Friday, officials conducted an aerial search, brought out cadaver dogs and dispatched deputies to search the wooded area where the remains were found.
The speculation about Ocasio was fueled largely by the location of the discovery.
Ocasio, who lived in Ocoee, was last seen leaving an Orlando bar with James Hataway in May 2009.
Hataway used to live near and hang out in the woods where the human remains were found.
He is currently serving a life sentence in an unrelated, attempted murder case in Seminole County.
The sheriff's office asks that anyone with information call Crimeline at 800-423-8477.
