Jameis Winston ACC championship postgame interview

FSU placed 11 players on the All-ACC Football Team, as selected by the league’s 14 head coaches.

Quarterback Jameis Winston was one of three unanimous selections to the first team. He was also named ACC Player of the Year, Offensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Offensive Rookie of the Year.

The Seminoles fared better among the coaches’ version of the all-conference team than the media’s. Despite having the top scoring defense in the country, FSU had just one defensive player (Lamarcus Joyner) make the media’s All-ACC First Team. That was not so in this case, with four players making the defensive first team.

FSU players to make the first team: QB Jameis Winston, RB Devonte Freeman, WR Rashad Greene, OL Cameron Erving, OG Tre’ Jackson, OC Bryan Stork, DT Timmy Jernigan, LB Telvin Smith, CB Lamarcus Joyner, S Terrence Brooks, PK Roberto Aguayo.

FSU had 17 players total to make the three ACC teams.
