Randy Shannon reached into Georgia earlier this week to snag the Hurricanes third out-of-state commitment. Miami got a pledge from LB Tyrone Cornelius (6-2/194) of Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson, becoming the 15th Hurricanes commitment to the Class of 2010.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution calls Cornelius "a tackling machine for a program that has produced many top defensive players."
He Cornelius had 117 tackles last season and picked the Hurricanes over Georgia Tech.
