Stephen King

Stephen King (COURTESY MARK TWAIN HOUSE & MUSEUM / July 15, 2013)

Stephen King (pictured), the unrivaled master of horror lit, has hit a new creative peak in recent years, and he still seems to pump out scary books at a breakneck pace; Doctor Sleep, a sequel to The Shining (!), is rumored to be in the works, and his Dark Tower series is still going strong, along with everything else he's doing. Head to the Bushnell on Thursday and hear King in conversation with local radio personality Colin McEnroe.
