The Felice Brothers

Last call for Daniel Street. The club closes for good once the new year hits (it's going to be a pizza place), and Friday will be the last ever Manic Productions show at the venue. It's headlined by The Felice Brothers, one of the most buzzed about bands anywhere these days, and they're going to help the club go out with a bang. Fans of The Band or Bob Dylan, the Basement Tapes era in which The Band and Bob Dylan worked together, or fans of accordians and fiddles in general will be a good match for The Felice Brothers, a band of actual siblings and their close friends who grew up in Palenville, New York, up in the Catskills north of Woodstock, and honed their chops in New York City subways. The Robots and The Alternate Routes open. (disclosure alert: I play in The Alternate Routes, but I'm also a Felice Brothers fan, so I assure you I'm not writing about this for selfish reasons.)
