1. 'Phineas and Ferb'

The boys decide to drive a herd of cattle across the Badlands. Starring Vincent Martella, Thomas Sangster, Ashley Tisdale, Caroline Rhea and Richard O'Brien.
2. 'Austin City Limits Presents: Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival'
8 p.m., WYCC-Ch. 20
A resurgence of bluegrass music with Earl Scruggs, Doc Watson, Ricky Skaggs and Bruce Hornsby, Bela Fleck, Gillian Welch and Emmylou Harris.
3. 'Escape to Chimp Eden'
8:30 p.m., Animal Planet
If you thought "Animal Precinct" and its ilk were heart-wrenching, wait until you see this new series, which focuses on chimpanzee rescuer Eugene Cussons and his efforts to save mistreated chimps and bring them to a sanctuary in South Africa. In the premiere, he races the clock to rescue Josephine, who's about to be put down if he can't get her away from her owners, and scrambles to save two young abuse victims.
4. 'In Treatment'
8:30 p.m., HBO
When Gina offers Paul a suggestion, he defends himself by pointing out Gina's past. Starring Gabriel Byrne, Josh Charles, Embeth Davidtz, Melissa George and Blair Underwood (right).
5. 'Las Vegas'
9 p.m., WMAQ-Ch. 5
Cooper, Danny and Josh are suspicious of a man (Terry Bradshaw) who has a nearly perfect winning streak. Starring Tom Selleck, Josh Duhamel, Molly Sims and Nikki Cox.
