1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped

2-3 whole cucumbers, sliced

8 oz. sour cream

Cayenne pepper or paprika to taste

Chop the onion, slice the cucumbers, then combine onion, cucumbers, and sour cream, mix them together thoroughly. Add cayenne pepper, if you would like the recipe hot. If not, add paprika to your personal taste. You can serve at once, or you can refrigerate 1-4 hours. Cucumbers, as they set, will add water to the sour cream. Keep this in mind, if you decide to chill the salad. Serve cool or cold.
