For the third year, Baltimore's food trucks are rallying at Johns Hopkins sites for the weeklong kick-off of the university's United Way campaigns. It's the Food Truck Frenzy. On Tuesday, Kooper's Chowhound, GrrChe, The Jolly Pig, Kommie Pig and Darua were among the trucks gathering on the Hopkins Homewood campus. Most of them were parked near "The Beach" at the Milton S.
