Johnny's in Roland Park sees second executive chef change this year

Johnny's Restaurant has another new face at the head of its kitchen, replacing the executive chef and co-owner who came on board six months ago.

Ryan Shaffner, who most recently served as sous chef at Johnny's and fellow Foreman Wolf restaurant Pazo, was named executive chef of the Roland Park restaurant. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Shaffner began his career as a line cook at Charleston more than three years ago.
