Lakers 113 - San Antonio Spurs 100 (end of regulation)

The Lakers ended a difficult 2013-14 regular season with an easy win over the NBA's best San Antonio Spurs.

With Kobe Bryant (knee), Pau Gasol (vertigo), Steve Nash (nerve root irritation), Chris Kaman (calf), Xavier Henry (knee, wrist) and Kent Bazemore (foot) all sidelined, the Lakers finished the season with a 27-55 record after 113-100 victory on the road.

The Spurs sat Tim Duncan and Marco Belinelli, along with Tony Parker in the second half, as they prepare for their first-round matchup against the Dallas Mavericks (49-32) or the Memphis Grizzlies (49-32).

Eight Lakers scored in double figures led by Jordan Hill with 18 points (and 14 rebounds). Nick Young scored 16, Kendall Marshall 15 (along with 11 assists), Ryan Kelly 12, Wesley Johnson with 11 (and 11 rebounds) and both Jordan Farmar and Robert Sacre contributed 10 apiece.

The Lakers shot 49.5% from the field and 40.7% from three-point range (11-27).

San Antonio was led by Kawhi Leonard with 14. Austin Daye scored 13 off the bench. Parker scored 12 in the first half in just 16 minutes of play.

The Spurs finish at 62-20, after shooting 41.4% from the field and 33.3% from behind the arc (10-30).

The Lakers survived 319 missed player games due to injury to finish with the sixth worst record in the league.

Lakers 86 - Spurs 75 (end of third quarter)

Tony Parker sat out the second half, presumably resting for the upcoming playoffs.

The Lakers took advantage, out-scoring the Spurs by 11 in the third quarter.

Jordan Hill led all scorers with 18 points along with 14 rebounds. Jodie Meeks and Nick Young scored 14 each as the Lakers shot 47.9% from the field and 42.9% from three-point range (9-21).

Corey Joseph started the second half for Parker, scoring just two points. Kawhi Leonard led the Spurs with 14. Tiago Splitter and Parker both chipped in 12 as San Antonio Shot 40.5% and 34.6% (9-26).

The Lakers didn't have a turnover in either the first or third periods, but have seven for the game after a clumsy second period.

Lakers 51 - Spurs 51 (halftime)

The Lakers gave up their double-digit lead in the second quarter, getting out-scored 28-18.

Tony Parker led all scorers with 12 points while dishing four assists. Tiago Splitter added 10 as the Spurs shot 39.3% in the first half.

Jordan Hill notched a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds in just 16 minutes. Nick Young added 10 off the bench as the Lakers shot 43.5%.

Wesley Johnson shot just 1-10 from the field but collected eight rebounds in 16 minutes.
