The 6'7", 306 pound Central Michigan product became the franchise's first overall No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft. Fisher anchored a Chippewas line that allowed just 14 sacks last season. He's only the fourth offensive tackle to go No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft.
Fisher is not the only No. 1 overall selection in Kansas City history. The Chiefs chose defensive tackle Buck Buchanan first overall in the 1963 AFL Draft.
