An elderly man is recovering from injuries after police said his caretaker's boyfriend beat the victim.
Sgt. Bruce Watts, Wichita Police, said a 76-year-old man walked into Wesley overnight seeking treatment. The man suffered several broken bones
to his face, open tears all over his arms, right eye swollen shut, and bruising.
Watts said it is unknown whether the victim was admitted to the hospital. Police did not say whether any arrests have been made.
The case remains under investigation.
