West Sacramento Police have arrested two men in connection to a robbery and hate crime attack of a cab driver.

Police along with FBI investigators held a press conference earlier today to announce the search for suspect Pedro Ramirez.

Hours later West Sacramento Police Lt. Tod Sockman announced the 41-year-old suspect along with 33-year-old Johnny Morales turned themselves in to police.

Both men are believed to have robbed and attacked cab driver Harbhajan Singh after he picked them up from a club in Midtown Sacramento.

Singh told FOX40 he was brutally beaten and called Muslim slurs even though he is Sikh.

The suspects were arrested on charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon and commission of a hate crime.

Both men are now in Yolo County Jail.
