A California woman is in hot water after being accused of chartering a plane to transport 500 pounds of marijuana.
DEA agents say that the accused, 28-year old Lisette Lee, spent $50,000 to charter a plane from Van Nuys, CA to Ohio with the contraband aboard. As it turns out, the crew became suspicious when the woman proceeded to load thirteen suitcases onto the plane.
The massive amount of luggage held stacks of bundled marijuana, and police still have several questions about its intended final destination.
