SACRAMENTO—Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan will be coming to Sacramento this weekend.
Sheehan will hold a mass rally to protest the Sacramento Main Library's sponsorship of a video game contest.
In a press release from Veterans For Peace, their local chapter president John Reiger said, "War is not a game. Is this what you want your public library to be doing?"
A news conference is set for 1 p.m. Saturday.
Sheehan's son Casey died while serving in Iraq. She has become a vocal and visible anti-war activist since then, finding herself in trouble with secret service and officers on numerous occasions.
