WILLIAMS - The Hmong community got some long awaited answers about what caused a charter bus crash that killed 10 people and injured 34 six months ago, at a community meeting with the California Highway Patrol last night.

The CHP report indicates the driver, Quintin Watts, 52, was suffering from extreme fatigue, and may have fallen asleep at the wheel, when he flipped the charter bus near Williams on October 5, 2008.

Other than the owner of the bus, all of the victims were elders from the Hmong and Mien communities.

The Colusa County district attorney is reviewing the investigation report for possible criminal charges against the driver.

The D.A. says that could take months.
