NEW YORK -- Tiger Woods
reportedly paid Rachel Uchitel
$10 million dollars to keep quiet about their affair.
According to TMZ , the nightclub executive was on the brink of holding a "Gloria Allred-style" news conference until Woods offered $10 million in return for a confidentially agreement.
The pro golfer was reportedly concerned about the depth and detail of his relationship with Uchitel being released to the public.
There was no immediate response from either Uchitel or Team Tiger.
"No comment," Allred replied when asked about the report.
Woods is returning to the Masters
, ending a five-month hiatus from golf following his sex scandal.
