SANTA ANA -- The mother of the world's most famous octuplets, Nadya Suleman, wants a judge to throw out a lawsuit filed by a child labor activist.

In documents filed in Orange County Superior Court Friday, Suleman asked for dismissal of the case filed by former child star Paul Petersen, who heads a group that protects child performers.

The suit calls for a trust on behalf of Suleman's children, and alleges that video shoots of Suleman's babies have already violated labor laws.

Suleman's lawyer Jeff Czech has said Suleman is considering reality television opportunities. Czech has said the family hired an entertainment lawyer and established a trust for all 14 of her children.

The octuplets were born Jan. 26, the result of in vitro fertilization treatments.
