The author of "How to Be a Grown Up" Stacy Kaiser joined us live to give us tips on how to strike the balance with your finances. According to Stacy, most of us are either over spenders or over savers (penny pinchers). Over spenders are those of us who shop beyond our means, can't pass up a great deal, look in our wallets and wonder where all of the cash has gone that was just pulled from the ATM. Over savers are those of us who hold onto our money so tightly that we stress out with any expense, wear the same jeans from college because "they still fit" or squeezing the fast food ketchup packets into the ketchup bottle at home to avoid buying a new bottle.
For more information on how you can manage yourself to better manage your finances, pick up a copy of Stacy's book "How to Be a Grown Up" available at all major bookstores or online at http://www.amazon.com/How-Be-Grown-Up-Everyone/dp/0061941182
