Social Distortion Back at Anaheim House of Blues
Social Distortion is back at the Anaheim House of Blues for another string of sold out shows.
More than 30 years after the band was started by some outcast punk rockers from Troy High School in Fullerton, Mike Ness and the rest of the group are still cranking out new music.
In a special two part report, KTLA Orange County Bureau Chief Chip Yost met up with Mike Ness to talk about where the band's been, and where it is today.
Here on the web, we've also added some additional video of outtakes from the Mike Ness interviews.
There, Ness discusses why he decided to continue with Social Distortion after the unexpected death of Dennis Danell.
He also talks about why he was lucky his drug addiction happened when it did, and has an interesting take on how he describes Social Distortion's sound.
