Gayle Anderson was live in South Pasadena and Sierra Madre with two of the six organizations that are building their own Rose Parade Floats.
South Pasadena (www.sptor.com): "Backyard Adventures" is this year's self built Rose Parade entry, which recognizes that children are the best at building friendships and memories when imagination comes to play. This self built organization is the oldest in the Rose Parade.
Sierra Madre (w.smrosefloat.org): "Suenos De California" is a self built float that honors California history. The float theme, which trnaslates to "Dreams of California" highlights the Lation heritage by celebrating the pioneers who built the Golden State.
