5 ripe avocados 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped) 1 can sliced olives 1 green pepper (unseeded and chopped finely) 1 large tomato (chopped) ½ cup chopped Cilantro LEAVES 2 tablespoons lemon juice ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 cloves minced garlic

Mash avocados until they are of a chunky consistency. Add lemon juice. Mix. Add mayo and sour cream, garlic, pepper, salt. Stir all together. Next add the rest of ingredients: eggs, olives green pepper, tomato, cilantro and Jack cheese.
